Nan Pao firmly believes that a robust and efficient Board of Directors is the foundation of good corporate governance. Meanwhile, the Company has also established internal audit unit which regularly performs audit on the operational procedures and efficiency
of the headquarters, subsidiaries and affiliated companies each year. Meanwhile, it also reports its operation to the Board of Directors.
