Performance Evaluation of Functional Committees
To strengthen corporate governance, the Company’s Board of Directors approved amendments to the "Procedures for Performance Evaluation of the Board of Directors" on January 25, 2024. Since 2018, at the end of each fiscal year, the shareholder affairs unit has distributed self-assessment questionnaires, compiled the evaluation results, and submitted them to the Board for review and improvement. By clearly defining performance objectives, the Company aims to enhance the functions of its functional committees and improve their operational efficiency.
