Congratulation to Nanpao for winning the inaugural global chemical engineering summit on Nike Campus in Portland, Oregon. During this event, every Nike factory had its top and senior chemical engineers representing the companies. It was a great opportunity for Nanpao to showcase its technology. Most importantly, the following products were highly appraised by Nike developers, innovation and materials teams.

 

1. Carbon: The strength of our Carbon Fiber Materials outperform other same level products by 25% to 40%. Remoldable Carbon Fiber Composite Materials present the innovative processing, not only decreasing defect rate but decreasing the processes and cost!

2. Foot foam: our PLA-based foot foam is 100 biodegrable, The color can be adjusted based on the need of the designers, and it can be produced at a very low cost.

3. 627: This specially designed paint can be sprayed on the upper, and after a short period of time, the paint will start cracking and fall off, revealing the true design of the shoe.

4. SSA: Our NP-600 and UE-326 enable our factory partners to save process steps on PU midsoles and uppers ( leather and synthetic leather) respectively. Our NP-500 can achieve the same bonding performance as other vendors’ SSA process.

5. P907: This chemical is used as water repellent treatment for finished shoes, providing great results (AATCC:90), while not using resins that contain fluorine. P907 uses silicon resin as functional component, it is more environmental.

6. A924S: a web-like hotmelt film for upper lamination that needs to maintain breathability (e.g. Gore-Tex). Traditional version A-965 hotmelt was tested and found to block breathability, thus failed Gore-Tex test, whereas A-924S hotmelt passed the test.
