I bought other brands’ glue and it doesn’t work well on the material EVA and Fabric lamination.

 I think you need to clear the surface of materials first.

  (1) What kind of product you are using? solvent-based or water-based?

  (2) Yellow glue / Graft / EVA emulsion / water base acrylic?

  (3) I guess you are the lamination or bag factory. If you use contact glue,  contact glue usually doesn't have good performance to laminate EVA. Suggest to use grafted glue (BWA-316CH) which is better. 

If you are facing difficult EVA materials, you need to know the EVA material is already treated with primer or not.
