Why use Hot Melt for diaper lamination, instead of White glue nor instant glue?

Machine can produce diaper 200-800 pcs per minute, that mean the open time is only between 0.08 – 0.6 second, so it need Hot Melt Adhesive exhibit shorter open time.
White Glue contend water, it need oven drying which will slow down the production, it will also be with moldy problem when storage for long time, so it's not suitable.
Although solvent based adhesive performs shorter open time, but it touch not soft when done the lamination, and it contends solvent, not suitable for sensitive part touch.
