The education course of "filing on changes in the shareholding of its insiders"

Nan Pao educates our board members, managers and employees of “filing on changes in the shareholding of its insiders” and related acts at least once a year. The training courses are held after the new board members, supervisors and managers on board, the Human Resource Department will be in charged in the training courses for the new hired employees before on board.

The education course for board members, managers and employees was held on 21th February, 2020, which covers the confidential operations of material information, insider trading definition, identify and examples. The slides for the education course has been posted on the internal information platform for whom could not be part of the course.
