•In 2022, in order to create a culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement, the company established a Continuous Improvement Team (CIT) project office and formulated short, medium and long-term plans to implement improvement goals. We
also designed training plans to improve employee capabilities. Courses include 8D and improvement tools, lean tools, statistical testing, DOE, Minitab application analysis, etc. We systematically provide employees with necessary guidance and training, and
design incentive systems to create a proactive improvement environment.
•In 2023, the CIT project competition will enter its second session, with a total of 12 participating projects from 2022 to 2023. Participating departments include R&D, production, sales, technical services, warehousing, QA, QC, procurement, etc., with
nearly 800 people participating in this event. We also hold midterm and final competition presentations to provide a stage for each team to display their progress, and design awards such as outstanding performance awards, team leader certification, and top
three winning teams to encourage outstanding individuals and teams.
