The following two points are for your reference:
(1) Handmade shoes factory usually uses grafted adhesive (No.793) to laminate outsole and upper.
(2) Production line shoes factory need primers(EVA:1019K、TPR:1015FS、PU leather:111M) & PU glue (NP-71) to laminate outsole and upper.

How to solve your problem:
(1) Check the joints on both sides (EVA and TPR) to see if there is still glue or glue left on only one side.
(2) There is glue on both sides: This means that the problem should be something wrong with your press
or your workers not using glue properly.
(3) Single-sided glue on the left side means that you did not use the correct pretreatment agent to treat the material.
