Why use Hot Melt Adhesive for diaper lamination instead of White glue nor instant glue?

1, Machine can produce diaper 200-800 pcs per minute, that mean the open time is only between 0.08 – 0.6 second, so speed is required.
2, White Glue contain water, it needs oven drying which will slow down the production, it will also be with moldy problem when storage for long time, so it’s not suitable.
3, Although solvent based adhesive performs shorter open time, but its touch feeling is not soft when the lamination done, and it contains solvent, not suitable for sensitive areas of body.
